I'm having one of those mornings where my patience is wearing thin with my children. I don't like that, I don't WANT to be like that. I need some Bible and prayer time to reset my focus....

I had a morning like that with my kids just last week. Friday it was. I removed myself and sat and cried. Hard.
Then God reminded me that He is there and that I was giving into Satan's temptation to feel sorry for myself. I apoligized to my children and went on with the rest of the day. I'm partial to:
"And surely I am with you always. Even to the very end of the age." Matthew 28:20

ouch - you got me there. those scriptures are like a stinging, healing pain - like lemon juice on the cut of my stressed out soul today.
Lord help me be a better mommy!
